Contact Lenders and find best programs and rates to fulfill borrowers needs.
Discuss with borrower their options.
Collect needed documentation.
Have all Government RESPA's signed.
Order Property Appraisal.
Order Title Insurance.
Submit final package to Lender.
Lender underwrites final loan package.
Lender issues a "Clear to Close"
Schedule the closing with the Title Company
Sign final legal loan documents.
